Role Purpose
The Personnel Administration Analyst is responsible for reviewing requests and inputting employee level information that is not entered by HR Managers in the field. The PA Analyst is responsible for completing the assigned transaction workload distributed by the HR Operations, PA Lead which will include adhering to agree upon processing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The PA Analyst is also responsible for confirming data quality of the personnel transactions and communicating as necessary any transaction that will affect other departments. This position is also responsible for running reports, analyzing data and presenting findings to various groups. This position will report to the HR Operations, PA Lead.
Responsibilities
• Processes data input accuracy into SAP HCM based on business requests and internal auditing
• Manages sensitive information, including but not limited to: salary, personal information, etc.
• Manage productive working relationships with HR Business Segment Leaders and Generalists in the HR field
• Assist with reasonable checks of data received from client groups
• Run audits for data integrity and completes corrections when errors are identified
• Conduct validation and analysis of data prior to making changes in the system to avoid errors
• Responsible for maintenance of confidential electronic personnel files for groups not entered via the HR self-service portal (HRSS)
• Acquire and maintain expertise in NBCUniversal personnel data systems (i.e., euHReka, SAP HCM, ADP and TowersWatson)
• Responds to client inquiries and transaction processing within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Identifies and assists with process improvement opportunities, to include system enhancement testing
• Performs responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one year experience with SAP HCM (PA/OM)
• Minimum of one year experience with HR data entry
• Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
