Role Purpose
NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Pipeline Program Development.
The Manager, Pipeline Program Development will work across all business verticals to assess, report, consult and assist with build and management of early career and rotational/pipeline programs at NBCUniversal. This includes a corporate-wide early career program. This role will act as the consistent thread throughout all NBCUniversal early career, pipeline and rotational programs to ensure best practices, collaboration and consistent metrics for success.
In order to be successful, this individual must facilitate with credibility and poise, possess excellent design skills and display sharp business acumen. This role is based in New York City and reports to the VP, Talent Integration and Pipeline Programs
Responsibilities
• Partner with VP Talent Integration and the talent development team to analyze the needs of the early career space in each business. Collaborate to develop and design the curriculum for the early career development suite of offerings through The Talent Lab. This includes an overall corporate program, and partnership on curriculum for the internship program and the page program
• Participate in the design, tailor and delivery of experiential learning programs aligned with the early career talent development strategy for NBCUniversal. Work with speakers, content updates, and seamless execution over multiple sessions
• Create and manage project plans, communicate status with stakeholders, lead client teams to hit project milestones
• Partner with VP, Talent Integration and Pipeline Programs on consultation for program build, recruitment strategy, and graduate metrics for rotational programs in all business verticals
• Partner to best leverage reporting of early career, development and leadership programs across all businesses
• Partner on campus and diversity marketing and recruitment strategy for pipeline programs targeting recent graduates
• Create an internal pipeline program council to share best practices among the verticals and look for cohort opportunities among participants
• Serve as a contributor on key projects. Stay current on new talent management solutions, learning delivery and industry trends
• Develop off boarding metrics and best practices to measure success and plan for smooth transitions from programs into the businesses
• Partner with Comcast on cross business pipeline programs and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Organization Development, with success in designing, planning and delivering talent programs

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• First class facilitation and training delivery skills. High credibility as communicator
• Demonstrated proficiency in program design, both face to face and virtual experiences (webcasts, podcasts, etc.)
• Strong analytical abilities and general business acumen. Experience in fast paced environment
• Superb project management skills. Must be a good planner and a strong, ''hands on'' implementer
• Influencing ability and track record in relationship building. Experience delivering results in an entrepreneurial team
• Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office Skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)Consulting experience, ability to manage multiple work streams
• Experience with digital media, social networking, and collaboration tools, as a way to enhance learning
• Experience with early career rotational or development programs is preferred
• Media or marketing experience is a strong plus, understanding of the creative mindset
• Experience with campus engagement is a plus
• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or an MBA is a plus
• Ability to ideate and build consensus in an audience of diverse stakeholders
• Management or supervisory experience (especially with early career professionals) is highly beneficial
