Role Summary
This Human Resources Manager role will provide day-to-day HR support for GolfNow, a division of Golf Channel.
Responsibilities
• Drive key HR initiatives across the business, including staffing, performance management, engagement, compensation planning, succession planning, training and development, rewards & recognition, organizational effectiveness and employee communication
• Help develop and implement HR practices and procedures aligned to meet the needs of the organization. Provide interpretation on company policies & procedures
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback at all levels of the organization and assist managers in employee counseling and development of performance improvement plans
• Work with managers to build a career path for employees, identifying opportunities for training, new skill acquisition, and advancement
• Collaborate with HR team and COE's to create and deliver employee training, employee on-boarding and other development programs
• Assist in staffing process, working with hiring managers and recruiter to identify recruitment strategies ensuring top quality candidate selection
• Assist in creating and executing integration plans for business acquisitions
• Ensure compliance with employment practices and applicable employment laws and regulations
• Build and foster partnerships with key organizations within the community to build a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Effectively utilize HR systems such as SAP, Eureka, and Business Warehouse for accurate review of employee data and reporting
• Assist in oversight of intern program and pipeline programs
• Function as integral part of the management team
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible HR generalist/manager experience

• Previous experience in a sales industry a plus
• Experience using HR information systems, such as SAP and Brassring and thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Graduate degree in human resources management or business administration preferred
