Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit candidates through direct recruiting efforts - especially with specialized positions
• Post jobs, pre-screen resumes, interview candidates, and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Utilize professional outreach, networking, referrals, database mining, social media, cold-calling, creative thinking and other proactive recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify multiple candidates.
• Attend and organize networking events, meet-ups and career fairs.
• Work on employment branding efforts such as the careers website and recruitment video.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• 2 years of recruitment experience (agency preferred) or 3 years of recruitment coordinator experience.
• Technology recruitment experience or interest in learning about technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed.
• A clear understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience.
• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
• Must be able to maintain a regular schedule and be willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed.
