Responsibilities The Talent Branding Manager is responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications leadership to align and share NBCUniversal's internal and external employer brand story across our digital corporate platforms. This individual will also partner with the Talent Development and several other key stakeholders to support and drive employee engagement and culture.
Responsbilities
• Provide leadership for successful implementation of EVP strategy and work with key team leaders to ensure consistent messaging and EVP adaption
• Work with corporate communications to ensure employer branding is consistent internally and externally and aligns with our EVP
• Work with internal marketing teams and external vendors to define and promote consistent branding strategies and campaigns
• Build editorial planning process and calendar
• Create content to push via various social media platforms (video, editorial, etc.)
• Ensure social media platform-specific recruiting strategy aligns with EVP
• Build consistent campus branding across the entire early career portfolio including the page program, campus 2 career and post grad pipeline programs
• Partner with internal and external graphics and production teams to craft and deliver branding literature and materials for C2C and TA external events, expos and career fairs
• Create social campaigns and marketing opportunities to drive engage campus engagement for early career programs
• Manage social media accounts for the Talent Management team including campus and talent acquisition
• Provide social media program analytics to identify opportunities and optimize engagement and reach
• Create social media and engagement toolkits that Talent Management and Brand teams can leverage
• Partner with diversity and human resources leaders to create continuity in all digital and print external facing communications
• Work in conjunction with Comcast to create synergy between social media strategies
• Keep track of all press regarding NBCUniversal's employer branding
• Build and produce branding materials as needed, including videos and other marketing collateral
• Own maintaining and refreshing the NBCUnicareers site with current, engaging and dynamic content Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years brand marketing experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience with digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Vine, and YouTube
• Previous experience leading project teams of peers and working collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Desired Characteristics Desired Characteristics
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or HR experience
• Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Business writing skills, including presentation development
• Strong knowledge of media landscape from an employer branding perspective
• Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients
• Basic understanding of production; with demonstrated experience in production
• Working knowledge of photo editing software similar to Photoshop, or Final Cut
