Talent Acquisition Sourcer - East Coast Networks
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including: cold calling in to competitive companies, online databases, social media sites (LinkedIn, Spoke), Boolean searching on internet portals (Google, Yahoo!), job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referrals and attending industry and diversity related events.
Responsibilities
• Works closely with the Recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches. Manage multiple searches supporting several recruiters at any one time
• Continually document and expand network of websites, user groups, blogs and other resources where talent can be found produce names, titles, emails and telephone numbers of possible candidates for open job searches
• Proactively Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research
• Provide ongoing feedback to recruiters on the recruitment market place that helps keep managers informed about realistic expectations. Attend meetings with recruiters when necessary to gain a better understanding of required talent pool
• Work with the Recruiting Operations Manager to define, develop and drive research processes, data collection, and technologies associated with the candidate generation function
• Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and utilize social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to our website
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience with proven experience delivering results
• Minimum 2 year of experience working with Microsoft office, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or SAP

• Ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads
• Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
