Responsibilities Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Corporate Functions is responsible for identifying top tier talent, maintaining proactive sourcing activities and ensuring qualified and diverse applicant pools are identified while partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business partners, Campus 2 Careers and the Diversity & Inclusion group. Highly qualified candidates will not only bring solid full life-cycle recruitment experience, but will have strong understanding of the media industry and bring expertise in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with hiring managers, Campus2Career counterparts and HR Business Partners
• Proactively source, screen, interview, slate and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across the portfolio
• This includes posting jobs, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and develop action plans to maximize candidate sourcing – partnering with team sourcer on these projects and providing coaching
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a robust pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity
• Leverage high level communications skills with hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle to provide information on the recruitment market place, gain a better understanding of talent pool and to set realistic expectations
• Use Social Networking and online tools to proactively source and communicate with passive talent
• Demonstrate a consultative style, providing relevant metrics and industry trends to develop creative solutions for hiring managers
• Build strong relationships with HR Managers and hiring managers in order to understand business priorities and anticipate staffing needs
• Ensure a smooth recruiting process by using communication skills to manage expectations and provide process updates
• Identify, Plan, Manage and Attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with talent
• Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing consistent corporate recruiting strategy Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of related work experience in a search firm or corporate recruiting environment with proven experience with candidate pipelining (prior experience recruiting for Accounting/Finance preferred).
• Experience managing projects and owning client relationships
• Minimum 3 year of experience working with Microsoft office, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or SAP and ATS System preferred

• Proven track record as a corporate recruiter or agency recruiter
• Familiarity with current sourcing techniques; strong research and candidate generation skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches at different points within the recruiting lifecycle across multiple priorities
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and assessment skills
• Individual should be a team player
• Possess outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to interact with management of all levels
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, Recruiting Tools and Microsoft Office
