The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for identifying top tier talent, maintaining proactive sourcing activities and ensuring qualified and diverse applicant pools are identified while partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business partners and Diversity groups. We are looking for someone with a sense of humor with the ability to embrace and adapt in a changing professional environment and have a passion for Media and Entertainment.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates and partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the selection process
• Build strong relationships with HR managers and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process
• Identify/clarify hiring specifications, and competencies, and requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions.
• Develop and Implement strategies to maximize candidate sourcing and to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
• Develop networking and referral base with internal/external Diversity partners
• Actively engage in professional development across the Talent Acquisition team
• Effectively manage client expectations through timely communication, quality deliverables and consistent results
• Proven ability to manage work at a high level and effectively communication with various levels of leadership across the business that gets the point across and establishes creditability
• Collaborate with the larger Talent Organization
• Successfully leverage relationship with Campus and Executive Search teams to create pipelines for future positions Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience or related industry experience

• Must be 18 years or older Desired Characteristics Desired Characteristics:
• Familiar with ATS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office
• Possess a wide range of experience on current policies, practices, and industry trends
• Knowledge of basic employment law, OFCCP guidelines and HR practices
• Experienced in assessing talent at various levels
• Able to assess staffing needs and develop creative and effective recruiting strategies
• Experience with innovative candidate channels (market research; meet ups, webinars, networking, etc.)
• Able to in work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and work with all levels of management
• Ability to manage day to day recruiting responsibilities in addition to strategic projects
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidential information with all parties
• Demonstrated excellence building strong client at all levels
