Responsibilities Role Summary
This is a critical role to ensure that NBCUniversal has a consistent look and approach at recruitment events, in addition to implementing standard operating procedures for the recruitment team across Talent Acquisition and Campus2Careers. This position will also be responsible for generating and assessing reports to inform and diagnose trends related to event coordination, social media engagement, event-based spend and ROI. This is a highly collaborative role and will require engaging with colleagues across various functions within Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Business Partners as well as business leaders across all levels to support key recruiting event initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Analyze qualitative data and review existing event management processes to identify areas for improvement across TA and C2C
• Act as a change agent to define and operationalize event management process by creating sustainable standard operating procedures for social media engagement, career fair and event strategies, swag usage, etc.
• Build deep partnerships with critical internal partners including D&I and Talent Management in order to drive Talent Acquisition strategy
• Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion team to define and activate TA partnership in conjunction with diversity investments
• Track and maintain TA and C2C event spend and T&E budgets
• Forecast spend and make participation recommendations based on metrics (i.e. job boards, associations and events)
• Oversee asset management system and handle distribution of assets (swag, event kits, etc)
• Assess latest industry tools and systems, design, develop and implement tools, processes and programs to support talent acquisition strategies Qualifications/Requirements Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6 years of experience working as part of an analytical project team, with defined and time-sensitive deliverables Desired Characteristics Desired Characteristics
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience leading large-scale process improvement projects
• Ability to perform under time constraints and meet strict deadlines
• Proven ability to distill large sets of data and communicate detailed program and data analyses both verbally and in writing
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
• Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
