Role Summary
The GolfNow Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team and Team Leads in the hiring for our newly created Golfer Support Call Center. Partnering with leaders to help shape, create and identify candidate profiles for this new division will be critical. This role will also support and participate in internal and external sourcing initiatives, candidate screening and interview scheduling as well as other special projects related to staffing.
PLEASE NOTE: At present, this is a position with an estimated end date of January 2016, with the possibility that the position will be extended or converted to a longer term as the needs of the project and the business may require.
Responsibilities
• Proactively source and screen candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across the portfolio
• Interview scheduling
• Interface with candidates and hiring managers
• Update candidate and requisition statuses in BrassRing (ATS)
• Prepare offer and transfer letters
• Communicate with clients and new hires to ensure smooth onboarding process
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of Recruiting, HR or related experience in meeting fast paced client needs
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft office

• Able to in work in a fast-paced environment and work with all levels of management
