Responsibilities Summary
Launched in the spring of 2012, NBCUniversal's internal executive search function is charged with executing VP level assignments across the NBCU enterprise. Our purpose is to leverage our vast network of relationships to help identify and attract exceptional leadership talent capable of helping transform our organization and make NBCU the most competitive and innovative media company in the marketplace. The Researcher plays a strategic key role in the executive recruitment process by advising their recruitment partners through active and proactive assignments. As researchers, we're responsible for the overall knowledge management for the team and ensuring that we share and update our findings on a real-time basis.
Research Responsibilities
• Deliver high-impact recruitment and executive search research in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
• Manage research projects and intelligence briefings for all assigned projects by proactively identifying and mapping out global talent and organizational structures
• Oversee and identify key pipeline needs and project manage the resulting deliverables
• Partner with internal recruitment and executive search leaders to execute project needs and calibrate deliverables for highly mission critical and/or hard-to-fill positions
• Serve as database subject matter expert (SME) to the executive search team to continue to establish best practices and streamline recruitment processes
• Actively read and monitor industry trades to track key industry moves and assess recruitment trends
• Act as a SME across a variety of industry segments and functional disciplines
• Act as an ambassador for NBCU's overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperative Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 years' experience in recruitment research and/or sourcing passive candidates
• Experience with CRM and/or ATS
• Role is NYC-based Desired Characteristics Desired Qualifications
