Role Summary
It is an exciting time to join NBCUniversal and we are searching for candidates interested in managing NBCUniversal's premier early career development experience in media, the NBCUniversal Page Program. Starting in 1933, the NBCUniversal Page Program is the most prestigious program that has served as a primary pipeline to entry level positions. This new role will have the unique opportunity to support and implement the strategy of a structured, rotational experience that aligns to the future-focus needs of NBCUniversal.
In order to be successful, this individual must communicate, present, and facilitate with credibility and poise across many levels of NBCUniversal – representing the gold standard of the Page Program with both media and technology savvy. This is a unique opportunity join a collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial team. This role is based in New York and reports to the Page Program East Coast Experience Lead.
Responsibilities
• Primary facilitator for the onboarding experience of new Pages beginning the Page Program on a quarterly basis. Content will include:
o Customer Service (in-person and on phone)
o Professional Etiquette
o Presentation Skills
o Storytelling
o Elevator Pitch
o Presence
• Conduct phone skills training for Guest Relations and Ticket Office needs that support The NBC Studio Tour, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Seth Meyers, and The Meredith Vieira Show
• Assign certification training requirements and test for skill mastery upon certification completion, including:
o Microsoft Office
o Adobe Creative Suite
o Final Cut Pro
o Hootsuite
o Lynda.com
o iNews
o Avid
• Design and/or update training content for the NBCUniversal Page Program Onboarding and Learning Labs including PowerPoint presentations, participant materials, and exercises/activities
• Support the design and facilitation of Page Program learning labs in partnership with the Manager, Talent Development
• Manage and report on learning analytics, and identify areas of improvement for the Onboarding experience
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualification
• Bachelor's degree required: MBA or Master's degree in related field desired
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management processes, and success in facilitating training programs
• Strong project management, analytical abilities and business acumen
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Experience delivering results in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience within the media/entertainment industry is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in program design and facilitation, both face to face and virtual experiences (webcasts, podcasts, etc.)
• Experience supporting rotational programs
• Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
• Proactive and a self-starter attitude – willing to ''roll up sleeves'' and work on details
