Role Summary
It is an exciting time to join NBCUniversal and we are searching for candidates interested in managing NBCUniversal's premier early career development experience in media, the NBCUniversal Page Program. For more than 80 years the NBCUniversal Page Program has launched the careers of hundreds of early career professionals. We are investing further into the program to develop the leadership pipeline of our workforce to advance the future focus of our business. This new role will have the unique opportunity to lead the structured, rotational experience that aligns to the future-focus needs of NBCUniversal.
In order to be successful the Page Program East Coast Experience Lead must possess strong business acumen, sophisticated project management skills, leadership expertise, and program experience. Additionally this individual must be able to build relationships and effectively partner with both internal and external key stakeholders across all levels while representing the Page Program brand with both media and functional savvy.

Responsibilities
• Execute the NBCUniversal Page Program strategy at the local level ensuring consistency based on the program objectives
• Lead the Page Program application and placement strategy that:
• Partners with NBCUniversal's internal pipeline programs to identify and select candidates
• Aligns with the corporate diversity initiatives and the future-focused growth of NBCUniversal
• Anticipates the education and skills needed to support the focus and growth of the business
• Lead and connect incumbent Pages through on-the job experiences in the areas of business, consumer and content that ensures consistent exposure across NBCUniversal
• Manage individual development and performance plans for NBCUniversal Pages, including:
• Learning and development
• Coaching and feedback discussions
• Quarterly performance evaluation
• Build effective relationships and partnerships with local Human Resources and business leaders to:
• Continuously evaluate existing, on-the-job assignments
• Identify future-focused assignments
• Lead the communication strategy at the local level and builds a strong social media presence
• Supervise the Page Program Manager and Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, Business, Human Resources, ED/OD or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management processes
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology OR an MBA is strongly preferred
• Experience delivering results in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience within the media/entertainment industry is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in program design and facilitation, both face to face and virtual experiences (webcasts, podcasts, etc.)
• Experience supporting and/or managing rotational programs
• Proactive and a self-starter attitude – willing to ''roll up sleeves'' and work on details
• Strong consulting and project management experience – ability to manage multiple work streams, analytical abilities and business acumen
• Experience with digital media, social networking and collaboration tools as a way to enhance learning
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to change.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - ability to present, influence, and negotiate.
• Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills; effective partnering with stakeholders to achieve success business priorities
• Demonstrated success in operating talent programs and/or initiatives
