Responsibilities Role Purpose
The OM/PA Analyst is responsible for reviewing mass workflow requests and inputting organizational level and employee personal data into the HR database. The OMPA Analyst is responsible for completing the assigned transaction workload while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining data integrity. The OM/PA Analyst also has responsibility to confirm data quality, communicate and interact with other departments to research and resolve issues that may arise from transaction processing. This position will be based in Universal City, CA and will report to the Senior Manager, HR Operations OM/PA in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Responsibilities
• Accurately inputs mass data into SAP HCM using Winshuttle scripting that includes but are not limited to the following transactions: Hire, Rehire, Transfer, LOA, Termination, Create/Maintain Job; Create/Maintain Position; Create/Maintain Org Unit to assist in planning and execution of reorganizations within the structure.
• Manages sensitive information including but not limited to salary, personal information, and organizational structural redesigns.
• Fosters and maintain productive working relationships with HR Business Segment Leaders and Generalists in the HR field community.
• Review audits and errors from QA, Benefits, Payroll and Timekeeper for data integrity and works with HR client groups to complete corrections when errors are identified
• Conduct validation with reasonable checks and analysis of data received prior to making changes in the system to avoid errors
• Acquire and maintain expertise to provide support in NBCUniversal HR systems that are including but not limited to (i.e., euHReka, Enwisen, ODM, SAP HCM, Support Central and I9/E-Verify)
• Assists with ensuring successful Tier 2 resolution of data issues, meeting SLAs, and providing excellent customer service for escalated issues coming into the OM/PA Team as well as cases generated by the HRC through Enwisen.
• Develops strong knowledge of HR Business Segments to understand data and reasonable checks on data received for input
• Responds and completes transaction processing within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Identifies and submit system defects, process improvement opportunities and assists with system enhancement testing.
• Assists OM/PA Coordinators with data entries or as needed.
• Fulfills responsibilities in compliance with department and company policies and procedures Develops and maintains procedural documentation of internal and external processes
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or at least three years of equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two year experience with SAP HCM (OM/PA)
• Minimum of two year experience with HR data entry
• Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
