Full Time Job
The Human Resources Program Coordinator will be a member of the Corporate Functions Human Resources team. This is a unique role in that the individual will provide operational and administrative support for a variety of programs impacting both the Human Resources Community, as well as all NBCU employees, in general.
This position will report to the Director of Domestic Mobility and Special Projects, and will also provide support to other members of the Corporate Functions Human Resources team, as needed.
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide coordination and maintenance of the NBCUniversal Employee Discounts Program (companies/providers who offer discounted products and services to NBCUniversal employees nationwide (including the Comcast Employee Courtesy Services Program)
• Act as a liaison with HR contacts across NBCUniversal and Comcast to ensure accurate and current information is available to the HR Community through the HR Intranet
• Become well-versed in the NBCU Domestic Relocation Program/Policies, to act as a back-up to the Director of Domestic Mobility and Special Projects; providing consultation to Human Resources representatives, as well as employees who are being relocated by the Company; and provide administration of the Program
• Liaise with HR teams across the Company, as well as Payroll, Benefits, and Finance, as well as our relocation vendor, in order to manage and resolve day to day Mobility issues
• Work with HR and Finance contacts across NBCUniversal as well as various external program service providers to ensure timely payment of provider invoices
• Manage sensitive information, including but not limited to compensation data, personal information, and employee actions
• Foster and maintain productive working relationships with HR Community members
• Support other programs and projects of the HR team, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
