Full Time Job
Responsibilities This role will provide HR support to 300 multi-function employees within the E! Entertainment organization in Los Angeles, California. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide broad HR support for assigned departments – E! News & Digital
• Operate as a business partner for the E! News and Digital organizations providing HR guidance/expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR practices, the business operations, and other related areas (ex: coaching and management, organizational design, employee engagement, etc)
• Manage key HR initiatives, including: performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, and learning and development
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and investigations and, when necessary, in partnership with legal
• Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner
• Manage staffing process working with clients and talent acquisition partners to identify recruitment strategies as well as ensure diverse candidates slates and top quality candidate selection
• Lead special projects as assigned
• Provide HR support to other E! departments as needed Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development

• Demonstrated executive presence and strong presentation/communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and be proactive
