Responsibilities Responsibilities
• Partner with the Director of Human Resources to provide broad HR support for UCP and Wilshire Studios
• Operate as the point HR business partner for the Wilshire Studios production organization, providing HR guidance/expertise while demonstrating deep understanding of HR practices and business operations
• Manage key HR initiatives, including: performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, and learning and development
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and investigations and, when necessary, in partnership with legal
• Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner
• Manage staffing process working with clients and talent acquisition partners to identify recruitment strategies, ensuring diverse candidates slates and top quality candidate selection
• Additional duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development

• Ability to coach and counsel employees
• Strong employee relations experience; can earn trust and credibility with leaders and employees
• Demonstrated executive presence and strong presentation/communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and be proactive
