Responsibilities Role Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is part of the NBC Sports Regional Networks HR team and will be responsible for providing HR transactional, administrative and operational support for the team. This is a unique role in that the individual will be providing remote HR administrative support to multiple HR leaders and networks across the country. The position will manage administrative support including; workflow forms, payroll processing, etc. This position will report to the Vice President, Human Resources, NBC Sports Regional Networks with dotted line reporting to HR Managers/Directors in the field.
Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support the HR team for all HR systems, such as SAP, Brassring, TimeKeeper, etc.
• Process workflows for data changes, promotions, timekeeper actions, termination paperwork and others
• Maintain and update all employee email distribution lists, as well as staff contact lists
• Plan logistics for employee meetings, trainings, roundtables, including room reservations and technology set-up
• Complete I-9 verifications for all new employees
• Execute HRIS transaction workflows in support of organizational changes, including maintaining organizational charts
• Provide guidance to employees of company policies and procedures
• Support HR team on staffing activities, as need, including posting roles, supporting the offer process, onboarding full time and temporary staff and liaising with the hiring managers for both staff and temporary roles
• Respond to routine questions from clients including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, vacation or redirect clients to appropriate contacts
• Participate in and support key HR cycles, to include but not limited to, performance management, succession planning & compensation planning
• Run regular and ad hoc reports from applicable HR systems
• Provide support to onboard, separate, and update employees in all applicable HR systems, as required
• Provide administrative support to the HR team when needed Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
