Responsibilities The ideal candidate will ensure alignment of HR activities in support of the company's commitment to diversity & inclusion; with a specific focus on the attraction and retention of talent, professional development and networking.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner closely with business unit leaders to develop strategies focused on ensuring appropriate representation across their workforce.
• Proactively collaborate with business units' HR teams to develop and achieve recruiting goals, and integrate inclusion practices to support the company's commitment to a diverse workforce.
• Utilize professional network to identify and develop key outreach sourcing initiatives to ensure a constant pipeline of diverse applicants.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development in delivery of educational initiatives focused on building an inclusive work environment.
• Cultivate development, create loyalty and build pipeline for senior level positions by working with alumni of company sponsored leadership development programs
• Collaborate with human resources on development and execution of compliance related courses.
• Collaborate with VP of Corporate Initiatives to stay appraised of workforce diversity metrics and ensure alignment of recruiting and development strategies.
• Travel / other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree Required. Masters Degree preferred.
• 7 years related experience

• Strong organizational & presentation skills, work ethic, initiative and attention to detail
• A deep commitment to diversity and inclusion as a key driver to business success
• Comfortable with data analysis and the ability to see where Diversity & Inclusion issues and initiatives intersect with other HR practices
• Must be able to work at a fast pace while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude
• Ability to initiate projects and see them through to completion
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Ability to work effectively across various leadership levels and business units
• Strong team player and able to collaborate well with others
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
• Proactive in keeping abreast of industry developments and company news
