Elise's signature approach of taking unique recipes and making them accessible has built her a diversified global fanbase of people who love everything sweet!
Our team is looking to add a one-of-a-kind and highly motivated Administrative & Social Media Assistant. This person will be driven, outcome-focused and will be assisting in the day-to-day operations for both office support and social media strategy. This includes everything from arranging travel, scheduling meetings, content planning, collaborating with internal partners, and developing calendars.
Reporting directly to the Founder of My Cupcake Addiction, the ideal individual will have the ability to exercise superior judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
This role will be dedicated to overseeing all content on our social platforms, always connecting with our growing audience and adhering to schedules & timelines. With the ability to work independently on projects, you are someone that thrives on the ability to work under pressure to handle a wide range of activities.

This position is for a full time contractor, 40 hours a week onsite, with the potential to go permanent! Our office and production space is based in Los Angeles/Playa Vista area.
Flexible work hours are available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Completes a broad variety of administrative & social media tasks including:
-Manage an extremely busy calendar of appointments
-Organizing production related tasks and projects.
-Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
-Strong organizational skills
-Facilitates smooth communication across the My Cupcake Addiction team
-Loves to be resourceful, innovative, creative and entrepreneurial.
-Works closely and effectively with the MCA team keeping members well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
-Prioritizes conflicting needs, with a patient, calm, adaptable & positive attitude
-Must have complete confidentiality and maintain discretion
-Flexible work hours & loves to travel
QUALIFICATIONS
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
-Very strong interpersonal skills.
-Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
-Proactive approaches to problem-solving.
-Highly resourceful team-player!
-Ability to also be extremely effective independently.
-Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Be adaptable to various competing demands
-Always meets deadlines in a fast paced environment .
