Job Description: Mustache is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide personal and administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have a high comfort level with executing judgment, confidentiality, and taking initiative when it comes to independent problem solving. The Executive Assistant interfaces and liaises with clients and should have a proven track record of success operating in a professional business environment. At heart, we are a creative organization that fosters a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Schedule meetings and appointments,
• Arrange and coordinate dinners and events,
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating calls,
• Prepare CEO with documents and information necessary for meetings and calls,
• Pull links and create reels of our production and campaign work for CEO's approval or for potential clients, requiring an in-depth knowledge of all Mustache work,
• Greet clients or visitors and be comfortable communicating with clients and potential clients on a daily basis,
• Maintain and post on company social media accounts
• File documents and reference materials,
• Book all travel and accommodations,
• Code expenses, manage various accounts and billing,
• Assist with daily office operations when needed.
Required Experience
• 1-2 years experience as Executive or Administrative Assistant,
• Experience in creative or media based organization preferred,
• Razor sharp attention to detail and organization is a MUST,
• Trustworthiness, reliability, and loyalty cannot be understated.

• Google Suite of Services, Microsoft Office Skills, One Note, Written Communication, Scheduling, , Organization, Time Management, Team Communication, Travel Planning, Typing Skills, Dictation, Attention to Detail and Accuracy, Confidentiality, Problem Solving Skills, Judgment and Decision-Making Ability, Initiative.

This position will shape and maintain both the corporate and production-based financial infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive experience managing corporate accounting and finance, along with providing insight and supervision of the budget creation and actualization process.
