Photographer Editor

This is a Full Time Job

This position is responsible for camera video recording of news, current events or life style stories on location or in studio. Candidate is also responsible for editing video in linear and non-linear systems as well as operating mobile up-links, sending video and audio materials through satellite, microwave or internet.
Other activities may include arranging lighting, audio setting and driving a vehicle.
The Photographer editor works closely with the reporter to gather the best materials to communicate a story.
The functions could also encompass handling administrative arrangements, such as timing, press passes, transport and access. Continuously develops knowledge and technical understanding of camera video recording and video editing systems.
Photographer Editor must follow company policy and editorial standards.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years experience with video photography and editing systems (linear or/and Final Cut Pro and/or Avid).

Good verbal communication skills are needed in Spanish and English- FLUENT
