- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keep up with Executive Producer's schedules and facilitate their job as an assistant to Executive Producer
- Facilitate Freelance Production Teams
- Coordinate and edit treatments
- Keep up with office maintenance, phones, guests/production team meet & greet
- Ability to maintain office neat and fully stocked while keeping track of daily overhead costs
- Manage office as well as content for the company.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, high energy, and results driven.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hard Worker, Personal Confidence, Curiosity.
- Good Listening, Organizational, Design Aesthetic and Follow Through Skills.
- Must have own mac laptop, smart phone, and be proficient in mac (pc/android experience a plus).
- Word and Excel knowledge is a must
- Photoshop (CS5 and above) experience is a plus
