Position Purpose:
Responsible for managing workflow and assets associated with feature film social media campaigns. Is responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution support for feature films including briefing, asset management, schedule management, project milestones, monitoring and QA.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
· Manages large feature film social campaigns, supporting the social media team in execution of multiple digital tactics
· Works with team on planning all components of the campaign and proactively manages execution of tactics throughout the project ensuring all action-items are accomplished timely and accurately
· Assists Social Media department head with client communications, briefings, discovery and status throughout the campaign, from kick-off to completion
· Ensures social campaigns are integrated with other digital and paid media efforts across Moxie and Zenith teams
· Proactively identify areas for improvement within process; suggest/implement solutions
· Responsible for scheduling, tracking, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects
· Obtains creative material from clients such as photo assets, video assets, publicity, events and other marketing programs to help assist with campaign execution.
· Demonstrates good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective and efficient within the agency
· Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
· Working knowledge of developing and tracking against schedules and budgets that align with client and agency needs and expectations
· Prioritize and streamline tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiencies, proactively identifying issues/risks
· Provide ongoing monitoring of social campaign, working with strategy and analytical team members to ensure the campaign is on target
· Work directly with project leads to estimate effort, plan activities and timelines
· Identify where altered requirements will involve extra time or extra resources and efficiencies can be gained
· Assess needs and distribute work within a group from concept/development, presentation and final production
· Understands the basics surrounding rights management, negotiating and licensing
· Work with proficient knowledge in the area of project planning for comprehensive campaign programs and fast turnaround projects
· Track and maintain budgets for campaign programs to ensure agency profitability
· Communicate to large teams and across inter-departments
· Active involvement in Moxie, ZO and externally throughout the industry
· Other responsibilities as assigned
Nature and Scope:
Reports to SVP Digital Media Innovation with oversight from Sr. Social Strategist
Job Requirements:
· Ability to work across social media disciplinary areas (publicity, community management, strategy, client)
· Project management skills, including schedule development, reconciliation of hours, milestone development, asset management, and asset trafficking
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Years of Relevant Experience:
· 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience and high level of familiarity with Social Media tactics such as: community management (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, etc.); Influencer programs and blogger relations; technology partnerships
· Experience or knowledge of the media space and/or agency experience
· Experience managing large scale marketing and digital initiatives
· Experience with large scale asset management (e.g, retail markets work, direct mail versioning, template based banner production)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies:
· Moxie advocate
· PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
· Excellent communication skills, particularly in conjunction with work flow steps and internal processes
· Strong communication, organization, communication and follow up skills
· Initiative & personal responsibility for work
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
· Accountability and flexibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Positive, team-player attitude
· Exhibits strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus |
