Moving Art is a small company that specializes in non-fiction, nature, wellness and documentary content for TV, film and new media. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a full-time staff position.
Ideal candidate must have 7+ years of related experience and have the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with individuals of all levels. Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize under pressure as well as being consistent, reliable and discreet. The position requires the person to be a self-starter and problem solver. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as fluency in MS Office and Keynote, is preferred, as well as a mid-to-high level of tech savviness, especially with social media.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
• Scheduling, travel coordinating, managing calendar and contacts database
• Initiating and maintaining correspondence and follow up
• Taking notes, accurately entering data, maintaining organized and extensive files
• Performing research to drive forward projects; producing presentations and briefs
• Ordering supplies, handling office maintenance, making runs
• Reconciling petty cash, expense reports and credit card statements
• Social media posting and replies on behalf of company
• And everything in between from calling the president of a network to calling the plumber!
