Moscow Ballet seeks a skilled and energetic Tour Manager for its 25th Anniversary North American Tour, dates November 2017- December 31, 2017. This is an exciting opportunity to travel. The Tour Manager will have the opportunity to work with multiple venues across the US while leading a team from various parts of the US and Europe.
Tour Manager will have extensive experience coordinating logistics, schedules and people on national tours. Tour Manager will be responsible for Front of House advance, coordinating merchandise handling and sales accounting, show-call procedures with venue staff, development of a daily schedule for cast, crew and drivers, acquiring catering, hotel management and oversight and any general issue arising from Cast requests. Tour Manager will work in tandem with Production Manager to ensure smooth load ins and load outs by coordinating vehicles and show assets to remain on an optimized schedule. Tour manager will work with Cast and driver to schedule food shopping runs as necessary.
Must have the ability to mitigate and resolve disputes among cast and crew. Must have professional, courteous demeanor with all venue staff at all times.
Competitive pay.
Four year degree in related field required
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive/Cloud software required
