Monclarity is looking for an experienced Executive/Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Bay Area. This position will be a hands-on support role that reports to multiple executives and managers in the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to be extremely responsive, creative, thick-skinned, and proactive, with the ability to work with many different levels within the organization.
The Operations/Marketing Assistant will be the first point of contact for the company and ensure communications flow efficiently both within and outside of the company, as well as work on projects for various executives and the marketing department as needed.
Note: Competitive salary for the industry, plus benefits. This is not an entry-level position.
Qualifications:
-College degree.
-Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
-Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as to take direction.
-Professional appearance and presentation.
-Proficient with office-related software (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point).
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision?to make deadlines.
-''No task too large or small'' attitude.
-Ability to comfortably interact with high profile individuals with discretion.
-Experience in brand marketing, ad-operations, public relations, and/or advertising a huge plus.
-Experience in the entertainment industry (Video games, talent agency, film or TV studio, etc.) a plus, but not required.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Serve as the first point of contact for the company (manage heavy phone traffic, log calls and messages, greet people upon arrival, etc.)
-Participate in or take notes on meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
-Perform administrative tasks and projects as needed.
-Assist with analysis and creation of competitive research, marketing performance evaluations, social media analysis, industry best practices, and consumer trend surveys.
-Input and maintain relevant databases and systems.
-Use analytics tools and databases to conduct research.
-Monitor for relevant industry and research information.
-Support in the creation of materials used in presentations and reports.
-Proof and edit client documents as needed.
-Very limited personal tasks.
