The Position.
Mixify Clubcast North America Territory Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Position Description and Responsibilities:
Mixify is hiring a LA- based North America Territory Manager. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and managing key accounts and partnerships across venues, resorts, hotels, and media partners in the North America territory. In addition to ensuring awesome execution with current partners, we will look to this person to grow the business opportunity with both existing and new customers. This individual will also be responsible for building out the sales team, adopting best practices in sales process, mentoring our 2 existing reps and otherwise be a key component of our management team.
We are a fast-paced company and want someone who can think strategically but is also prepared to get their hands dirty with execution.
Preferred Background (some or all of the following):
3-7 years of sales experience, specifically selling to nightlife venues for all or part
2+ years of sales management and sales process experience
High growth, start-up experience helpful
Excellent inter-personal communication skills
Strategic thinker with strong detail focus
Ability to work independently
This position will be a key player in the organization as a member of a growing international team.
The Challenge.
In the near term, this position will be responsible for supporting our North America-based business opportunities, including working with our venue and media partners.
We are looking for that special candidate who is ready for the ride of their life. They must be ready to be a key player in an industry changing paradigm.
