Mischief is a commercial representation firm based in Los Angeles. We offer personalized, creative options to clients via our diverse roster of live-action, editorial, VFX, digital, VR and musical talent.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or assistant experience
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills + strong work ethic
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Dropbox, and Photoshop (not required but desired)
- Experience and understanding of basic website design on Squarespace (not required but desired)
- Interest and experience in managing social media platforms is a huge plus
- Time management skills are imperative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and organize calendars, conference calls and meetings
- Book travel and create itineraries for domestic and international trips
- Provide support in arranging monthly company screenings and presentations
- Prepare and publish newsletters and other company social media posts
- Draft and manage target mailing lists; track any campaign results via Mad Mimi
- Manage and update main database of all company contacts
