Summary
This role is responsible for working within the Domestic and International Servicing group at Miramax. The incumbent will maintain a healthy and efficient workflow for the UK and LA offices in all aspects of content fulfillment operations. This individual will help manage all outside vendors and contractors specific to their roles. They will contribute to the increased Servicing needs based on increased sales volume due to New Content creation and library uplift. The ideal candidate will have experience in lab environment servicing assets for studios or have direct studio experience.
Responsibilities
• Create P.O.s within SAP and manage P.O. process to fulfill client needs
• Liaise with multiple vendors in order to streamline workflows and reduce costs
• Coordinate invoicing of licensees with A/R department.
• Responsible for the customer service and content fulfillment operations within the Servicing and Delivery group for domestic and international transactions
• Focused on maintaining an efficient workflow and suggesting improvements
• Work assigned territories and service clients by ensuring timely feedback and addressing issues
• Coordinate the managing vendors related to servicing and act as a liaison on behalf of Miramax and its Licensees
• Management of any vendors enlisted to support servicing to iTunes, Hulu, Amazon, etc. and similar platform licensees
• Assistance in managing and identifying useable assets regarding the recent acquisition of theMorgan Creek library
• Special duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Television, Business or Liberal Arts, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience within a studio or lab environment in handling multiple customers and managing priorities and expectations in an efficient and effective way
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage many projects at a time
• Strong written and oral communication
• Ability to establish and nurture relationships
• High organizational and multi-tasking skills along with an impeccable attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically knowledge and use of intermediate Excel
• Passionate about film/TV industry and specifically knowledgeable of the Miramax catalogue
