Reporting To: VP, Marketing & PR
Summary
The Executive Assistant, Marketing fully supports the VP of Marketing from an administrative stand-point and takes on other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities
• Act as a personal manager in order to anticipate and address the needs of the VP of Marketing
• Daily administrative support to the VP, including ( but not limited to): scheduling meetings, maintaining a very busy executive calendar, fielding & rolling extremely heavy calls, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, etc.
• Organize, facilitate, and prioritize communication within the organization between the VP and her direct reports and peers
• Handle and maintain extremely sensitive materials with utmost confidentiality
• Communicate with various internal departments and external vendors on a daily basis
• Attend & participate in Marketing staff meetings and provide typed minutes
• Perform Market & Comp research for competitive titles
• Maintain film & television release calendar
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or a related field and/or minimum 3 to 6 years related experience
• Entertainment experience within theatrical marketing and/or a talent agency
• Proficient skill set in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Powerpoint
• Proficient skill set using the Mac OS
• Advanced understanding of the internet
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must have impeccable attention to detail
