Mirada, a studio designed for storytellers, is seeking a Pitch Coordinator & Assistant to the Executive Producer to provide overall support to the studio's pitching and sales efforts. Duties include:
--Providing administrative support to the Executive Producer & General Manager of the studio
--Coordinating calls with prospective clients
--Tracking the pitch and bidding process; ensuring treatments and bids are sent out on time
--Working with the production manager to staff pitch teams
--Coordinating artist kickoffs, tracking artist progress throughout the pitch
--Taking clear and accurate notes at client meetings and team/artist reviews; disseminating notes in a timely manner and acting on those notes as needed
--Maintaining constant communication within the pitch team, as well as with the EP, Head of Production, Production Manager and all interested parties
--Proofing treatments for grammatical errors, accuracy and clarity
--Overseeing pitch treatment delivery internally, as well as externally
--Tracking pitch results; providing analysis of efforts when asked
Experience in post production and/or working with creative professionals to develop sales presentations is strongly desired.
