Reception Job
Job Title: Receptionist
Looking for a temp that could turn into a long term freelance position.
Job Description: Fast-paced commercial, music video and feature film studio is seeking a full-time receptionist/office assistant.
Responsibilities
• Opening up the studio (alarms, phones, coffee, etc.)
• Maintaining the daily flow/operations for all studio needs
• Managing the studio calendar, to be aware of clients coming in, conference rooms being booked
• Greeting clients and supporting their needs
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Organizing shipping/coordinating messengers
• Kitchen duties (keeping inventory of supplies, ordering meals and cleanup), as well as general facility upkeep
• Maintain cleanliness of facility
• Ordering company meals and client meals, when needed
• Reconciling receipts for cash and credit card expenses
• Managing and working with studio PA's
Skills
• Microsoft Office, Google Drive & Calendar
• Use of Fax & copy machines
• Comfort with multiline phones
• Leadership
• team player
• excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Multi tasking
• problem solver/critical thinker/proactiveness
Looking for someone with a great attitude, customer service focus, and shining personality looking to grow in a production company.
Someone that wants to help come up with solutions to create efficiency and solutions for any problem.
Must be willing to go above and beyond.
Mirada is a fast paced, energetic environment and are looking for like-minded people.
Experience in office management and customer/client service desired. Interest or experience in Production/Post-Production a plus.
