Non-Union Touring Crew - Positions Available - Tour Manager, Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager, Master Electrician, Audio Engineer and Technical Director.
Mills Entertainment is seeking dynamic professionals to participate in the execution of our live tours in 2016.
Key dates (subject to change)
We are searching for applicants for multiple tours in 2016. Some commitments could begin as early as December 7, 2015 (excluding holiday dates) and run through May 30, 2016. Please advise of any conflicts in your application.
Mills Entertainment is the industry leader in branded and alternative live entertainment. We collaborate with top artists and content partners to produce and promote engagements at theaters, casinos, and colleges throughout the United States and internationally.
The work we do is exciting, challenging, and enjoyable. We are growing and are seeking exceptional applicants with a passion for the live entertainment industry and a desire to join a winning team. These positions operate in a high-performance environment and require confident, competent, and assertive individuals.
Applications are currently being accepted for technical professionals for current and upcoming tours. The positions include: Tour Manager, Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager, Master Electrician, Audio Engineer and Technical Director.
Key required experience may include, but is not limited to:
• Touring experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Experience advancing a touring show
• Experience with IATSE and Union Regulations
• Troubleshooting technical issues and making repairs (including scenic and puppet) on the road as needed
• Experience driving a 26' truck
All applicants should be NYC local or able to provide NYC housing. Housing and per diem are provided for during tour technical period and performance dates (no housing/per diem provided during NYC rehearsals). Compensation will range from $600.00 - $850.00/week relative to the position. Job responsibilities include driving company vehicles, including 26' truck. Previous touring experience required, along with a valid passport, driver's license and 3-5 years industry experience.
