Tour Analyst/Accountant
Full-time position
Based in Los Angeles or Saratoga Springs, NY

Candidates must possess the following attributes:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferably in accounting or finance
• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, operations analysis or corporate finance
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts
• Experience in the live entertainment industry heavily preferred
• Advanced understanding of all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills required, in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and overall operational and business modeling
• Must be technically skilled and have experience using data analysis tools including MS Office products, specifically MS Excel. Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to all relevant industry data and information
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to co-workers; strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision
• Acute attention to detail and accuracy
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• Manage the day to day financial business strategy, settlement and offer creation of each touring property
• Support daily operations through excel based data management by collecting entertainment venue level data and modeling and producing show level detailed reporting to operations and accounting
• Prepare and report on box office history of competing tours and similar artists.
• Track and manage standard expense line items for engagement and artist budgets and pro-forma budgets
• Develop and maintain offer templates for each touring property in line with established standards
• Track financials on an engagement and property level
• Support Accounting and Operations with effective communication, and efficient and accurate settlements
• Manage expenses and prepare settlements with presenting partners and internal team
• Manage and reconcile and missing data or financial info
• Reconcile on a monthly basis with the Accounting Department
• Support Company by training colleagues with any and all Tour financial-related information.
This position may be based in either our Saratoga Springs, NY headquarters, or in our Los Angeles offices.
The starting salary for this position is $36,000-$46,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits. Relocation package assistance is available.
