Touring Crew - Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood LIVE!
Mills Entertainment is seeking crew positions to participate in the execution of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood in Fall 2016 and Spring 2017
Key tour dates (subject to change)
August 29th - September 11th (NYC Rehearsals for select crew members only)
September 25 - November 29 2016 & January 6h - April 16th 2017.
Mills Entertainment is the industry leader in branded and alternative live entertainment. We collaborate with top artists and content partners to produce and promote engagements at theaters, casinos, and colleges throughout the United States and internationally.

These positions operate in a high-performance environment and require confident, competent, and assertive individuals.
Applications are currently being accepted for the following positions. Please note that work lists may change depending on candidate skills.
Assistant Technical Director/A1
Key required experience may include, but is not limited to:
• Touring experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Experience with IATSE and Union Regulations
• Troubleshooting technical issues and making repairs on the road as needed
• Executing audio cues during performances
• Mixing live musicals with multiple actors
• Running load-in and load-out of audio equipment alongside local crew
• Participating in load-in and load-out of scenic elements and tour equipment
• Maintenance of any audio-specific tour equipment
Master Electrician/Merchandise Seller
Key required experience may include, but is not limited to:
• Touring experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Experience with IATSE and Union Regulations
• Advancing lighting needs with each venue, including communicating light plot needs
• Problem solving and creating solutions given venue restrictions
• Troubleshooting technical issues and making repairs on the road as needed
• Running load-in and load-out of lighting equipment alongside local crew
• Leading lighting focus and light check
• Maintenance of tour equipment
• *Please note that during the show, this position will assist with selling merchandise
Technical Director/Deck Chief/Master Carpenter
Key required experience may include, but is not limited to:
• Touring experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Experience with IATSE and Union Regulations
• Acting as deck chief, including overseeing a running crew
• Completing technical advances with local venues/promoters while adhering to budget standards outlined by company
• Communicating advance notes to the touring crew
• Supervising load-in, load-out, and assembly of all production elements, particularly scenic
• Problem solving and creating solutions given venue restrictions
• Troubleshooting technical issues and making repairs on the road as needed
• Experience maintaining design by facilitating touch-ups and repairs
Rehearsals will take place in New York, NY, followed by tech in Fort Smith, Arkansas and a multi-city national tour.
Housing and per diem are provided while travelling away from NYC.
Compensation varies per position.
Previous touring experience required, along with a valid passport, driver's license,
and 3-5 years industry experience.
