Stage Manager - Odd Squad LIVE
Mills Entertainment is seeking a Stage Manager to participate in the execution of Odd Squad LIVE in Fall/Winter 2016 and Spring 2017

September 12th - November 28th 2016 & January 15th - March 25th 2017. Please advise of any conflicts in your application.

These positions operate in a high-performance environment and require confident, competent, and assertive individuals.
Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Stage Manager/Lighting Director for the upcoming tour of Odd Squad LIVE.
Key required experience may include, but is not limited to:
• Touring experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Experience with IATSE and Union Regulations
• Experience running and organizing a rehearsal room
• Providing daily calls and stage directions
• Troubleshooting technical issues and making repairs on the road as needed
• Managing show times and holds
• Setting spike marks, as needed
• Calling sound and video cues for each performance
• Completing accurate show reports, according to Company standards
• Noting shows creatively and taking technical notes
• Running load-in and load-out of lights alongside local crew
• Running focus and light checks alongside local crew
• Maintenance of any lighting-specific tour equipment
Rehearsals will take place in New York, NY, followed by tech in Rutland, VT and a multi-city national tour.
Previous touring experience required, along with a valid passport, driver's license,
and 3-5 years industry experience.
