Advertising Coordinator

Mills Entertainment is seeking a dynamic individual to participate in the advertising and marketing of our live tours.
Mills Entertainment is the industry leader in branded and alternative live entertainment. We collaborate with top artists and content partners to produce and promote engagements at theaters, casinos, and colleges throughout the United States and internationally.
The work we do is exciting, challenging, and enjoyable. We are growing at a rate of 50%+ per year and are seeking exceptional applicants with a passion for the live entertainment industry and a desire to join a winning team.
This position operates in a high-performance environment and requires a confident, competent, and assertive individual who will be responsible for managing the marketing of our live events throughout the United States, including advertising, public relations, web/digital, social media, and sponsorships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Marketing plan creation and planning
• Advertising campaign development and strategy
• Negotiate and purchase over 500k in media annually
• Oversee production of advertising materials
• Solicit corporate and media sponsors for events
• Write press releases and generate publicity for events
• Plan and implement web and email marketing
• Develop creative promotions and strategic partnerships
• Quantify ROI and evaluate the results of marketing campaigns
A bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years' experience is marketing is required. Industry experience is helpful, but not required.
Candidates possessing 3-5 years of media buying experience will be preferred.
Mills Entertainment is based in Saratoga Springs, NY. Relocation is preferred, though not required, as this position is eligible for remote workplace from your current city.
