Led by CEO Bill Lee, Millennium Entertainment is a leading independent supplier that acquires and distributes feature films, television series and specialty programming.
Millennium Entertainment (ME) is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support and assist with various departmental projects.
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, organized, proactive self-starter that is detail oriented, punctual and dedicated. The individual must possess strong organizational and communications skills, good interpersonal skills and knowledge of general office duties.
Duties will include (but may not be limited to):
* Coordinate film-marketing campaigns for all Home Entertainment titles; create and manage budgets; maintain on-time schedule for campaigns.
* Create marketing/product Setup Sheets, Sell Sheets and PowerPoint Presentations for all titles to Sales Team. Create sales books for bi/tri-monthly sales meetings.
* Coordinate creation of monthly trade publication advertisements.
* Coordinate setup/creation of monthly ESS Screener Mailing distribution and materials.
* Setup input of Filmtrack database and Extranet metadata and assets for all current, future, and catalog titles.
* Coordinate with Legal Department, Art, Ops and Post departments on all new release and catalog release product and programs.
* Maintain release schedules (new release, reprice calendar, etc) . Work with Sales Team to brainstorm packages ideas, catalog promotions, and special programs requested by or for specific retailers.
* Work with Sales Team to develop and create specialty promotional items for new release titles.
* Request and setup all UPC, ISBN and Film Catalog Numbers for all new products.
* Create salient sheets and coordinate creation and routing of all artwork assets through required departments.
* Fulfill event planners for Sales Team events, order mounted posters, promotional items, pull together giveaways and other requested items.
* Maintain weekly Cash Flow for Marketing/Finance.
* General light assistant duties for EVP of Marketing including phones, presentation prep, meeting scheduling, etc.
Requirements:
* College degree Marketing/Business
* 2+ years minimum experience in marketing or product management
* MUST have a strong working knowledge of Mac & PC computers as well as proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Web production experience (HTML) preferred
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail is required
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
