Milkt Films is a Los Angeles based commercial production company with offices in Playa Del Rey. Milkt is currently seeking a strong production-minded individual to come on board to help manage and coordinate the day to day logistics of commercial and documentary projects in various stages of production. Qualified candidates should have a strong production resume with commercial production office experience. The position also includes a heavy amount of budget work - assisting with bids for upcoming jobs, managing working budgets of projects in production, and actualizing and tracking costs after jobs wrap. Applicants should be familiar with the process of working with freelance production teams, as you will be a key liaison between the company and freelance producers and production supervisors. The position will also require coordinating with our team of directors to prepare and submit treatments for upcoming jobs. Please understand the ins and outs of Microsoft Office. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with production budgeting software such as Showbiz Budgeting and Point Zero is a requirement.
