A Film Financing and Production company slated to produce 5 feature films a year and a worldwide distribution deal with a major studio is looking for an executive assistant to the CEO. Ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience assisting an executive at an agency or management company (INTERNSHIPS DO NOT COUNT), is mac savvy, strong attention to detail, excellent communicator, good with phones, skilled with Microsoft Office, efficient script reading and coverage, and a no task too small attitude. Tasks include scheduling meetings, rolling calls, maintaining a clean office environment, filing, and greeting guests. Hours are 9am to 6pm. Office is located in Sherman Oaks.
