The Associate Director, Print Production- Retail oversees and ensures the team's high level of client service and seamless execution of retail brand specific campaigns/projects across both creative and production. Strategically aligned with Account Services to ensure accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and budget of all deliverables, as well as understanding all account strategies and financials.
So here's what success in this position looks like…
Lead, motivate, and set clear expectations with team to consistently provide excellent client service.
Collaborate with Account Services, and clients to implement effective processes and clear ownership to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Assess and allocate staffing needs.
Understand all account strategies including account operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure drive toward business goals.
Work alongside Account Services to grow and improve our relationship with the client(s).
Take ownership of quality assurance from start to finish, while managing client expectations.
Identify and facilitate opportunities to continually grow team competencies.
Build strong relationships internally.
Provide relevant updates to VP's including account support changes, team structural changes, etc.
Print Production Manager role for accounts, campaigns, or projects within group.

Self-starter with strong follow-through; proactive approach to identify and solve problems before they arise
Strategic thinking and Outstanding analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In-depth understanding of Print Production Management (Retail) across creative, production, and manufacturing
Proficient in MS Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and job tracking systems
Must Haves…
Minimum 7 years professional experience in a project management discipline, 2 years supervisory experience.
Agency and/or Entertainment industry experience
You'll have directly report to you…
