If you are looking for a fast paced and exciting environment for part time work, then our photography studio might be the place for you! Our studio is looking for an Executive Assistant who is business minded to help with the day-to-day operations required to manage our clientele and studio schedule. We need someone who can manage task-based projects, multi-task easily, and be good with client communication and studio organization.
This assistant job also entails selling clients on our studios various packages.
Past sales experience is a must! A degree in marketing is a plus. Please note that experience with photography is NOT a requirement as this is an administrative and business oriented position.
Duties include:
Answering phone calls and questions with a warm demeanor
Selling our various packages over the phone
Following up with clients via email and phone
Using Dropbox
Creating and Sending out Newsletters via MailChimp
Collecting payments over the phone
Updating our contacts
Organizing files/documents
General studio upkeep
Running local errands
Creating Photoshoot Proposals
Requirements:
Team player attitude
Excellent with Technology
Excellent writing skills
Reliable transportation
Experience with sales over the phone
Positive phone voice and customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and dropbox
Experience with or ability to learn to use Mac Mail
Photoshop and Illustrator Experience is a Plus
This position is part time at 30 hours per week. We are looking for someone with availability on Monday (9:00a-5:00p), Wednesdays (9:00a-5:00p), Thursday (9:00a-5:00p), and Fridays (9:00a-5:00p). Please DO NOT apply if your schedule is constantly in flux as we need someone to be able to commit to these days.
We are located in North Hollywood -- only apply if you live near by or can easily commute to our studio.
Pay is $12-16/hour depending on experience and overall level of commitment. Pay increases with time and experience at the studio. This position has a tremendous opportunity for growth.
