Director - TV Finance

This is a Full Time Job

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage annual long-range business plan, budget and forecasts (P&L and cash flow) for WWTV group. Business units include worldwide Free and Pay TV via linear, on-demand and internet-delivered distribution, and Channels.

Support sales team by providing visibility into written sales activity on a fiscal year and by-title basis, and other support as needed; includes preparation of monthly operating review package

Provide forecast and other financial data to Corporate Planning department

Prepare Film and TV greenlight estimates

Maintain Film and TV ultimate, P&L and cash flow models; manage periodic review/update of ultimates

Maintain and provide direction on improving efficiencies and functionality of Essbase planning system; liaise with IS and Corporate

Planning departments

Requirements

5-7 years experience in financial analysis/accounting and related supervisory experience; TV production and distribution experience preferred

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business/Economics or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and as a team member

Advanced Excel skills

Database experience preferred; experience in Essbase, Access, SAP, Powerpoint, Word is a plus
