Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to busy Attorney and VP Business Affairs, including scheduling and managing calendars, coordinating meetings, filing, answering phones, processing expenses and overall administrative support.
Prepare correspondence, reports and edit documents; manage a variety of projects on a daily basis.
Work with sensitive and proprietary information using discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Assist with contracts administration and tracking, including preparing status reports and managing contract and option expiration dates and payments.
Maintain and organize business and legal files.
Assess circumstances and problem solve with minimal supervision, exercising common sense and diplomacy.
Build and maintain relationships within the company, and facilitate communications with colleagues both internally and externally.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience (entertainment industry or law firm preferred).
Can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor with good level of business savvy and common sense.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to quickly learn Company proprietary databases.
Responsible, reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor degree required.
