Job Responsibilities :
• Audit and process employee expense reports
• Manage routing and processing of vendor invoices
• Manage new vendor account setup and vendor changes
• Research and respond to A/P inquiries
• Match checks with invoices and review for accuracy
• Assist as needed with other miscellaneous departmental tasks: opening and sorting mail, scanning preparation, wire preparation, check releasing/mailing, etc.
Experience :
• Prior A/P experience required, with special emphasis on expense report processing and vendor account maintenance
• Experience with SAP and/or Concur a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
