The Senior Coordinator of Contract Services is responsible for the day-to-day activities relating to sales administration and contract related functions. The responsibilities of the Senior Coordinator include managing product availability windows, generating sales and availability reports, processing deal memos and change orders, contract administration, sales planning and other functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate sales and availability reports as required.
Calculate product availability and properly manage product license windows - including the monitoring of media release dates into ESSbase and other systems, in addition to contractual/industry standard holdbacks for various media.
Input data into the ESS database management system (i.e. contract entry/administration, event processing, and client maintenance).
Assist Sales on new title selections for existing output deals, title substitutions, re-clearance or withdrawing of titles due to rights updates.
Maintain contract files and historical documentation related to each agreement.
Work with team leads as needed to fulfill contractual obligations.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience and proven expertise at a Coordinator/Administrator level in addition to the following requirements:
BA or BS degree required.
1 – 3 years Industry experience in sales/contract administration or related field.
Understands and applies the concepts of window management, contract administration, sales planning, etc.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrates initiative, assumes responsibility for managing territories/media, including building relationships with internal and external customers.
Actively seeks to gain additional expertise in WWDS applications, industry, MGM policy, systems, etc.
Proactively contributes to team success, interaction and motivation in addition to volunteering for team, cross team and departmental projects.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to maintain high level of customer service and positive attitude with changing environments, resources, etc.
