Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (''MGM'') is seeking a manager in its participations department to handle all aspects of the Company's reporting for new scripted and unscripted television programming, as well as digital and over-the-top channels.
Preparation and review of all statements to validate contractual and financial accuracy and compliance
Create manual reporting templates for contracts that cannot be automated by Company's reporting system
Interact with internal constituencies (e.g. Account Payable and Tax) as well as third party participants and their representatives
Oversee work of one analyst
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Minimum five (5) years Participations' reporting or entertainment industry accounting experience
Familiarity with the general structure of television or motion picture contingent compensation agreements
Strong excel skills, including experience using excel functions to manage large data sets
Strong organization and communication skills
