Responsibilities:
Support in all cash collection efforts: preparation of invoices, cash collections, cash application, filing
Analyze client statements and contracts to insure accuracy of reporting
Monitor the cash on the clients' account
Maintain and update statement tracking database and follow-up with clients accordingly
Create various monthly sales reports
Account reconciliation and preparation of client's statement of account
Maintain the Accounts Receivable database for upper management reporting
Reconcile cash vs revenue report monthly
Liaison with Delivery group for all rebill collection efforts
Requirements:
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel, ESS, SAP
Strong analytical, organization and people skills
Self-motivated team player
Strong written and oral communications skills
General knowledge of distribution agreements preferred
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics or business
