Generate legal & sales reports as required.
Track the status of deal memos, agreements, and amendments.
Draft TV licensing agreements for various media rights (e.g. VOD, CTV, FTV, PTV).
Meet with Business Affairs and Sales contacts to resolve legal and sales issues.
Maintain contract files and contract procedures. Some involvement in identifying and drafting contractual terms, riders, addendums and amendments as approved by Business Affairs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 year contract drafting experience in Television and/or Home Entertainment distribution preferred.
Candidate must be well versed in TV Distribution legal and business terminology.
Strong written and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Must be flexible and adaptable in order to provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Strong computer skills (Word and Excel required).
